Cathy Swanson is the Director of Business Development for Emerging Markets at Ecolab’s Purolite Resins. She brings nearly two decades of experience in ion exchange technologies for groundwater remediation, including work on PFAS, perchlorate, and nitrate removal.

Cathy has helped shape industry standards through her leadership in technical committees and development of single-use resin specifications. Her work supports global efforts to deliver cleaner water and recover critical materials through innovative resin-based solutions.
